Machlin is the name of a clansman at a remote outpost in the Mathorn Mountains.

Third Age 5670: When Arithon is pursued through the Mathorn Mountains, he passes through an outpost with 5 clansmen. The woman with rank asks Machlin to prepare provisions so that two of the clansmen can escort Arithon further.
