The Bay of Eltair is a large bay on the east coast of Athera, bordering the principalities of Ithilt, Daon Ramon, and East Halla. It is connected to the Cildein Ocean by the Vaststrait. The Severnir River was diverted here following the rebellion.

Third Age 5645: Captain Dhirken of the Black Drake smuggles contraband on the Bay of Eltair. When Arithon attempts to win her trust, he sails her ship into the middle of the bay and promises her that he can navigate to any city she chooses.
